I haven’t lived in Springfield for years so I was nervous to choose a mechanic without any referral. I’m really grateful to have chosen wisely. The service was great, at a reasonable price and they went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my windshield fluid knob replacement. I would definitely go back when I’m in town and can give an honest five rating.
Hiller has always been there to assist when have needed their help. They are extremely responsive and in this instance they did a great job. Came in with a damage and punctured tire, due to my running on flat tire was beyond repair but they determine could get the Bridgestone tire replaced the next day from St. Louis. Tech suggested keeping my rim so when the tire arrives could be mounted and ready to install and save time when I arrives. Did exactly as they promised and also put all the spare equipment back where originally store which was really great. Totally a great experience even though a bit more than had hoped but not due to them. Thanks for going over and above.
